How Does The 40/30 Challenge Work?

Here are the simple guidelines for completing the 40/30 challenge:
  1. Challenge starts on May 4th and ends on June 2nd
  2. Complete 40, 45-minute workouts during the 30 day challenge period.
  3. Here's a short list of activities which count as "exercise" for the challenge: classes; training sessions; weight training; walking; golfing (yes, golfing!); tennis; jogging/running; yoga; yard work and more! If you're in doubt, just ask me! Just make sure you do it for at least 45-consecutive minutes with NO BREAKS!
  4. Each day, check-in on the blog for updates and email me at 40in30@victorselffitness.com to let me know what exercise you did that day and how the challenge is going for you!
  5. DAILY EMAILS ARE REQUIRED! That's how I'll know that you're still on board and how I will keep track of your progress.
  6. If you miss a day, you can make it up! Don't let one or two setbacks keep you from completing the challenge!
  7. Try to incorporate something new into your fitness routine. If you never lift weights, add weight training to your routine. If you only lift weights, add some cardio. If you've never tried yoga or spinning or Pilates, add it in during the challenge! Keep it fresh and your body will respond!
  8. Have Fun!
  9. Most importantly...If you're starting the challenge, email me ASAP at 40in30@victorselffitness.com to let me know you are participating. Include your full name and your t-shirt size in the email.
That's it!

Finish the 40/30 Challenge and get a SUPER COOL tee shirt....check it out on the right column of the blog!

ARE YOU WITH ME!?!?

  1. You can count me in. It's gonna hurt but anything worth while requires commitment. Thank you for being the inspiration for this challenge.
